Who we are
We are Yoga and Ayurveda teachers. Currently based in Berlin & Zurich. We have been working in the last years in Germany, Brazil, Italy, Siri Lanka, Ecuador or Spain for the formation of new yogis TTC-Tantra Yoga and for the training of new Ayurvedic therapists
We offer courses that encompass various themes of Ayurveda for the general public and also for the formation of new therapists. In 2018 we formed classes in 11 Brasilians capitals for the "School of Ayurveda". We teach themes such as nutrition, Ayurveda skin and beautycare, diagnosis, massage, herbology, Ayurveda for woman or introduction to Ayurveda.
From 2016 till 2018 Camila Favero has collaborate with AYUS.

Cris Frederika Egger
Born in Rio de Janeiro, based since 2000 in Berlin, Cris Egger is a Therapist and Ayurveda teacher.
Creator of the AYUS Ayurveda project in 2014. Cris is now finalizing naturopathy studies in Berlin.
She had her initiation in Krya Yoga in Badrinath, in the Himalayas, India and then studied Ayurveda at the Brahma Vidyalaya Yoga School, Institut of vedic Studies from David Frawley, Ayurveda & Panchakarma, at the School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma, in Kerala, India. After that she has specialized in Yogatherapy, Ayurvedic Beauty care, Herbology, Ayurvedic Baby & Pregnancy care also in Kerala, India. Ayurvedic Nutrition at the Ayuskama Ayurveda and Yoga school, Rishikesh. Cris is also certified Tantra Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance 200h) by the Shri Kali Ashram in Goa, India. She is also part of the faculty of Scuola Sarda de Massoterapia, Sardegna Italy and teaches Ayurveda courses in Germany, Zurich, Italy, Brazil and online.
Anina Vogel Stancu
Anina has discovered her love for Yoga as she retired from her career as a classical ballerina with the State Opera Berlin, Germany.
Experienced in different styles of Hatha Yoga, Anina was trained in Traditional Kaula Tantra Yoga in India, where she got internationally certified as a Yoga teacher, as well as an ayurvedic Panchakarma therapist.
She has been sharing her practise in Ecuador, Japan, Spain, on Sri Lanka and in Switzerland and also occasionally teaches for Yoga Teachert Trainings.
Anina continuously deepens her practise with workshops and intensive trainings in different styles of Hatha Yoga, lead by inspiring international teachers.
